The Dharma Approach: Day Retreat (6th September)

The perfect gift for yourself and/or someone you love…

What to Expect
  • We designed this day to be experienced as one continuous arc. Not a lineup of separate workshops, but a well-orchestrated 7-hour event we´re calling “The Dharma Approach: Day Retreat”.

The vision is simple: give you a taste of what it´s like to be on retreat with us, but in the span of one day, right here in the heart of the city (Oslo).

From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, every element has been thought through and woven together with intention. The opening, the movement, the crystals, the cacao, the food we share — all of it moves through the same thread. Presence. Ceremony. Remembrance.

    Join us!

  • Three facilitators. One vision. Join us — Krissa, Katrine, and Kristina — as we each bring our distinct gifts to this uplifting and rejuvenating experience. See the magic that is created when people — women — with a shared vision create a more beautiful world together. You will feel it in the room.

  • Krissa is an E-RYT 500 Dharma Yoga teacher with 15 years of international teaching experience, as well as a passionate Women´s Circle Facilitator and Ceremonial Spaceholder.

Kristina brings the magic of Shake the Dust — a growing somatic movement practice which delivers a cathartic release, a great workout, sweat, and a strong, resilient body.

Katrine is the founder of Ørkengull — home to some of Norway´s best (highly curated and intentional) crystal collection. She has been working with crystals since 2013.

Together, we hold a space that is designed to move you in both quiet and beautiful ways.

  • Dharma Yoga. Shake the Dust. Crystal Workshop. Mini Cacao Ceremony. Prasad (ritual sharing of food)…

Each offering speaks a different language, and yet all point toward the same thing: coming home to yourself.

You don't need experience in any of these practices. You just need to be willing to show up. We´ll take care of the rest.

  • The people who find their way to a day like this are usually the ones who already know there is more available — more depth, more meaning, more sweetness, more connection.

If this sounds like you, chances are you´ll find more of your people in this room — just like we found each other.

This is a gathering for yogis and seekers, the curious ones, and those who believe in the power of community and carving out intentional spaces to refill our cups.

The Vibes

Schedule of Events
  • The day begins here. We gather, we breathe, we arrive together. This is the threshold — a simple but intentional opening ritual to set the tone for everything that follows.

  • A classical form of Hatha Raja yoga with a modern twist. Expect a lush soundscape, intention, breath, movement, philosophy, and a deeply relaxing and guided savasana. Graceful. Challenging. Playful. Inspiring.

  • BYOF — Bring Your Own Food! We slow down and share a casual and social meal together. A moment to digest — the practice, the morning so far, and each other.

  • An engaging introduction to the silent language of crystals. Katrine guides you through the energetic properties of different stones, how to work with them intentionally, and how to begin weaving them into your life.

  • Ceremonial grade cacao, prepared and shared with intention. A heart-opening pause at the centre of the afternoon — warming, grounding, and a gentle invitation to go even deeper.

  • Part movement, part liberation. Shake the Dust is an embodied practice that uses breath and free movement to shake off what no longer serves — and remember what does. No experience needed. Just a willingness to move, and be moved.

  • We return to where we began. A held space to land, to reflect, and to seal the day with renewed focus and intention. What you carry out of this room, this retreat, this experience — is yours to keep and cherish for days and weeks to come…

Krissa Ludvigsen

Founder & Lead Trainer

Krissa holds the vision and is the energetic pulse behind The Dharma Approach ecosystem. She is a Dharma Yoga Registered Teacher (DYRT), E-RYT 500, YACEP, Lead Trainer of our Dharma Shakti Yoga Teacher Training and Women´s Circle Facilitator.

Like the hummingbird — her spirit animal — Krissa has a big heart in a small body. Someone once told her, “You have a Warrior inside of you, and your weapon is Love.” She resonates strongly with this. Born in San Francisco and having lived in seven different countries — Manila, Singapore, Hong Kong, London, St Lucia (in the Caribbean), Vancouver and Norway — it´s become clear to her that building community, and helping people feel good in this life, is her gift.

She is an advocate for plant medicine and alternative methods of healing, and believes that the ultimate teacher we are looking for is the one we have within. Her mission is to help bring people back into a state of remembrance.

Kristina Mac Lennan

Experience Facilitator

Kristina has always sensed there is something more — a deeper current running beneath the surface of everyday life. That curiosity has guided her across traditions, philosophies, and ways of being, in a lifelong search for understanding. When she found yoga, things began to fall into place.

She believes in energy — that at the most fundamental level, everything is nature and connected, and life itself is an exchange. She believes in movement as a force for change. When we allow ourselves to be moved, something in us shifts. She believes in beauty, the human spirit, and the power of gathering with intention. She has a holistic and spiritual approach to life, with love and empathy at the center.

Whether teaching vinyasa, yin, or Shake the Dust, the essence is always the same: breath, movement, and a non-dualistic philosophy that trusts the body's own wisdom, creating spaces where people can find their way home — to themselves.

Katrine Eltvik

Katrine has been hanging out with crystals since 2013, when she immediately felt a connection to their silent language. She has been intertwined with them ever since.

Passionate about normalizing energy sensitivity and curiosity — taking a closer look at what reality really is — she sees crystals as energetic tools for exploring life as a creative practice. By inviting in the individual vibration of a crystal, or through the creation of intentional spaces, she believes we are capable of opening new doors in life and within ourselves. She loves to observe life after connecting with a new crystal energy.

Katrine is currently completing her Crystal Healing certification through the School of Natural Health Sciences. She has also completed one year of Crystal Studies with Ikya and continues 1-1 energy studies with him. Other practices include, Yoga, Photography, Psycho-synthesis, Transcendental Meditation and Family Constellations.
